1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.
  • You must use the platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes — not on behalf of any third party.
  • All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate and truthful.
  • You must have full mental capacity and be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
fbajj may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time for age verification. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Management

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is against fbajj's policy.

  • All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your information.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. You should not share them with anyone.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

  • Transferring, selling, or giving your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fbajj processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and bank services:

  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal processing time: Typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Identity verification documents may be required to process a withdrawal request.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
  • fbajj reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal in cases of suspected fraudulent transactions.

Bonuses, Betting & Restrictions

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

fbajj's promotional offers and bonuses are governed by the following rules:

  • Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. A ৳6,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.
  • Wagering requirement: You must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, wagering ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 makes the bonus winnings withdrawable.
  • Once a bonus is claimed, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
  • Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
  • fbajj reserves the right to modify or withdraw any existing promotional offer at any time.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on fbajj are governed by the following rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, however if an event is cancelled under specific circumstances the stake will be refunded.
  • In the event of an abnormal outcome due to a technical error, fbajj reserves the right to void that round or bet.
  • All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
  • For sports betting, official results will be used. In disputed cases, fbajj's decision is final.
  • If an event is abandoned or suspended midway, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbajj platform:

  • Fraud, manipulation, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
  • Attempting to gain unfair profit by placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage).
  • Collecting another member's account information or accessing it without authorization.
  • Any attempt to interfere with the fbajj platform's technical infrastructure.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
If a prohibited activity is detected, the account may be immediately closed and all funds forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fbajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Providing false or inaccurate registration information.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure or refusal to complete age verification.
  • Account inactive for an extended period.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure and no breach of rules has occurred, it will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.
